Conflict Management

This course is suitable for managers, supervisors, team leaders, or anyone who struggles to consistently obtain positive outcomes from conflict situations.  Equally useful for more experienced managers who would like to pick up new techniques for dealing with communication failure or personality clashes.

Classroom training: delivered face to face with a tutor in our Aberdeen training centre, running throughout 2022. This course be delivered as closed group events and arranged for mutually convenient dates, either face to face at the client’s premises or at our Aberdeen training centre, or virtually using Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
