AI for Business Leaders – What It Is, What It Can Do, and How to Use It

Overview:

Join us for either a half day or full day interactive and hands on training workshop on A.I in the workplace. Over the course of five lessons our tutor will demystify what A.I is, explain and explore what A.I can do for business, how to communicate about A.I with confidence and then getting hands on with A.I and how you can make it work for you.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will:

• Understand what AI is (without jargon) and what it is not
• Explore the practical applications of AI in business today
• Identify where AI can save time, reduce costs, and increase productivity
• Learn how to communicate about AI clearly with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
• Gain confidence in using AI responsibly as a tool — not a threat

Delivery Style

• Interactive and practical (not tech-heavy)
• Speech coaching techniques woven in: focus on clarity, confidence, and communication about AI
• Executive coaching approach: reflection questions, peer discussion, and real business application

Duration: 1 day

Tutor led training, delivered in person – available in Edinburgh and Glasgow Centres.

Can be delivered via virtual classrooms or onsite at your workplace.
