Attending this workshop will help you to:

• Get to know the Microsoft Power BI interface
• Understand the purpose of Microsoft Power BI for data analytics
• Understand basics regarding capacities, workspaces, datasets, shared datasets,reports, and dashboards
• Get to know data modelling and visualisations using various kinds of visuals likecharts and tables
• Learn how to filter, clean, and transform data with services like Power Query
• Understand aggregates and when to use them
• Learn how to secure your data
• Perform exercises to secure your knowledge and understanding
• Create and share your first Power BI reportPlease note:

• In this course, participants will perform practical use-case learning exercises to prepare them to be able to confidently develop and style their own Power BI dashboards and manage, analyse, and modify data
• Attending this course will require learners to have a basic understanding of Microsoft Power BI and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 is recommended. Microsoft Power BI requires a separate licence in addition to Microsoft Office. Learners will require this additional licence to perform the exercises on their own computers.
• A stable Internet connection is required. Having a second display is beneficial but not required.Duration: 1 Day
