Ask yourself the following questions:

Do I find I am constantly tense and worried about things?

Do I have a general feeling of uneasiness?

Are my colleagues and friends avoiding me – perhaps because they know I will easily lose my cool?

Am I becoming less productive, finding it difficult to remember things or make simple decisions?

OBJECTIVES:

Understand what stress is, where it comes from and how it can affect you and those around you. As well as what you can do about it.

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Understand what stress means to you, and how your body reacts to stress
  • Identify your own pressure and stress points at work, college and other areasin your life
  • Become aware of your body’s warning signs
  • Understand how stress can become a useful tool for you to use to your benefit
  • Introduce practical tools and techniques to reduce and manage your stress
  • Develop a personal and practical plan of action to minimise and manageyour stress.

    Duration: 1 Day

    We now deliver this workshop in shorter sessions over a virtual classroom – delivered live from our tutor in 2 half day sessions.
