Who can access funding?
JobFit supports employers in Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian, Fife and the Scottish Borders. Funding may be available for recruitment programmes or to help eligible existing employees progress.
Participating employers need to agree employment outcomes for the training. For recruitment programmes, this includes guaranteed interviews for suitable participants who successfully complete their course. Advanced training for existing staff includes pay progression and salary requirements, which we will explain before you apply.
Getting Started
Tell us about the roles you are recruiting for or the skills you want to develop within your team. We will discuss suitable training, explain the funding criteria and outline what your business needs to commit to. Once the programme and funding are approved, we will agree the delivery arrangements and help you get started.
