Professional Receptionist Seminar

The Professional Receptionist training course is available at the Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness Pitman Training Centres.

Your job is considered to be an integral part of a business operation and with your skills and training you will be fulfilling one of the most challenging roles of any organisation. As the eyes and ears of the business, you will be a buffer for other people in the office.

You will be an expert at multi-tasking and be able to deal with demands on your time even when extremely busy. Because you like taking care of people this role will give you a great chance to liaise with and organise your colleagues and the customers of the business. Telephone call handling, keyboard and good administrative skills will be essential for all receptionist jobs.
