ABOUT THIS COURSE

Practitioner builds on Foundation knowledge and concentrates on practical application: interpreting context, tailoring lifecycle and products, orchestrating roles, managing risks/quality, and using AgilePM techniques to deliver outcomes on time and to the agreed quality.

Includes scenario-based exercises, sample papers, and exam coaching.

The course includes interactive content, practical examples, and quizzes to reinforce learning. Upon completion, you’ll receive a Pitman Training Certificate to validate your understanding and commitment to Project Management using the Agile framework.
