ABOUT THIS COURSE

This Foundation course introduces the AgilePM framework: principles, people, lifecycle, products, and core techniques (e.g., MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing, iterative development, and facilitated workshops).

The focus is on understanding concepts and terminology to enable effective participation in agile projects and prepare for the AgilePM Foundation exam.

The course includes interactive content, practical examples, and quizzes to reinforce learning. Upon completion, you’ll receive a Pitman Training Certificate to validate your understanding and commitment to Project Management using the Agile framework.
