Module 4 – Channel – You will explore a range of social media channels including blogs, newsletters, niche tools, videos, podcasts, forums, and the leading social platforms.

Module 5 – Content – You will think about what you are going to say on social media –– choosing content or relationship marketing, content ideas, content plans, and re-using content.

Module 6 – Resources – Let’s take a look at social media policy, the risks of social media, and crisis management.

Module 7 – Measure – Ensuring a return on investment.

Module 8 – Putting it All Together – Creating a social media strategy and best practices for social media.
