Train the Trainer – Tutor Led

Aim:
This course will introduce participants to the issues, methodologies and techniques of

training design and delivery.

Objectives:

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Identify training needs
Define and create aims and objectives that fit within an organisational perspective
Design training sessions
Deliver training sessions that incorporate the trainer’s personality – metaphors, stories, humour
Evaluate training interventions
Dealing with difficult delegates

The training systematically points to everything you need to know about being a trainer. Each day consists of practical experience as well as hundreds of useful tips and techniques.

While the first part of the course concentrates on the design and structure of training as a learning tool; it then moves on to presentation, delivery and facilitation so each day builds up to complete a full training methodology.

Duration: 3 Days

We now deliver this workshop in shorter sessions over a virtual classroom – delivered live from our tutor in 5 half day sessions.
