Project Management Principles Seminar

The Project Management Principles training course is available at the Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness Pitman Training Centres.

Project Management is a discipline that has evolved in order to coordinate and control resources and activities to achieve specific goals and objectives. It involves decision-making, common sense, organisation, time management and assertiveness to deliver these goals and objectives within constraints – the primary ones being scope, time and budget.
