It involves decision making\, common sense\, organization\, time management and assertiveness to deliver these goals and objectives within constraints – the primary ones being cope\, time\, and budget. \nCourse Overview: \nThis 2 day course is aimed at individuals who manage small projects\, along with their other everyday tasks and need a broad understanding of the principles of project management.
