A gentle method of influencing others around you. \nPresenting Information \nMake persuasive\, memorable\, impactful and inspiring presentations. \nReframing the Meaning of Things \nWe all know a glass can be half empty or half full\, but can we systematically manage or change the meaning of things? \nDealing with Objections \nIntroducing the stages of objection handling.
