DESCRIPTION:Tutor led training\, delivered in person – available on our schedule timetables in Edinburgh and Glasgow. \nCan be delivered via virtual classrooms or onsite at your workplace. \nCPD Accredited \nTutor led training\, delivered in person – available on our schedule timetables in Edinburgh and Glasgow. \nCan be delivered via virtual classrooms or onsite at your workplace. \nAim: \nThis course will introduce participants to the issues\, methodologies and techniques of training design and delivery. \nObjectives: \nBy the end of this workshop\, participants will be able to: \n\nIdentify training needs.\nDefine and create aims and objectives that fit within an organisational perspective.\nDesign training sessions.\nDeliver training sessions that incorporate the trainer’s personality – metaphors\, stories. and humour.\nEvaluate training interventions.\nDealing with difficult delegates.\n\nThe training systematically points to everything you need to know about being a trainer.
