SUMMARY:Train the Trainer – 3- day workshop
DESCRIPTION:This course will introduce participants to the issues\, methodologies and techniques of training design and delivery. Each day consists of practical experience as well as hundreds of useful tips and techniques. The first part of the course concentrates on the design and structure of training as a learning tool; it then moves on to presentation\, delivery\, and facilitation so each day builds up to complete a full training methodology.
