How do you calmly handle several people simultaneously with professionalism and poise? \nThis course is specifically designed to address just that scenario and other important challenges that receptionists face. In addition to learning effective verbal and visual communication skills\, participants will learn how to interact successfully with even the most demanding individuals and situations. \nObjectives: \n\nTo understand the importance of the Receptionist’s role\nTo learn how to make a first impression people remember\n To review best telephone practice\nTo develop strategies for dealing with difficult people and situationsWhat you will learn:\n\n\nTo adopt appropriate telephone techniques\nTo receive visitors professionally\nTo direct calls correctly\nTo deal with difficult people and situations\nTo improve personal effectivenessWho should attend?\nStaff who are representing the company in a front line reception position. Or those who are asked to deputise in this important role from time to time. \nDuration: 1 Day \nWe now deliver this workshop in shorter sessions over a virtual classroom – delivered live from our tutor in 2 half day sessions.
