Management Skills Seminar

This Management Seminar is available in our Pitman Training Scotland Centres in Edinburgh and Glasgow only.

As you develop as a manager you are even less involved in the day to day delivery of the work. Your success depends on your ability to manage the team, manage other managers and manage technical specialists. Your role is even less about your technical skills and will demand even higher levels of people skills. Your coaching skills need more finesse because you could be coaching supervisors and junior managers who need to coaches at their own level.
