Access Introduction – Tutor Led

The Microsoft Access Introduction training course is available at the Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness Pitman Training Centres.

Just how do you keep an accurate account of your customers’, colleagues’ or members’ details; target the right audience for mail shots; manage  your customer relationships?  All this and more is achievable through an Access Database.

Course Duration: 1 Day

Access Database

Upon successful completion of this one day workshop you will be able to:

Access Tables: Tables are the most important element to successful database creation – get this right and you are half way there!

Query your database: Having entered your data, how will you extract the relevant pieces of information?

Design user friendly forms: Asking others who have no Access knowledge to enter data, can cause problems.

Produce professional reports: Poorly presented data becomes a thing of the past

The aim of this course is to fully understand not only database concepts, but also learn how to create your own business database.
